SHORT 20 MIN PERFORMANCES, SEE SCHEDULE BELOW.

A family torn apart. A community in grief. A young woman who dares to challenge the new rules handed down.

Footscray Edge Ensemble perform highlights from their gripping new production, a modern adaption of Antigone set in the crossfire of contemporary Samoan culture in the streets of Melbourne.

Featuring a local cast of diverse performers and a killer soundtrack, Footscray Edge will get you hooked on local storytelling and show you what’s in store for 2019.

Through performances like this, Western Edge Youth Arts aims to provide young people with performance skills and experience, and to help create a more inclusive community through theatre.

The Footscray Edge ensemble is proudly supported by the City of Maribyrnong and Victorian State Government.
